- Fargana EI had a session with Ella today. She was on time to come to our meeting and was super nice and helpful with my goals that i have described. I am looking forward to have another session with Ella in few weeks after the recommendations she has suggested been completed. Thank you Ella!
- Tahir AI have worked with Ella on a project and when I told her my blood sugar had gone up, she worked on a plan to get it back down. She gave me ideas to modify my diet that allowed me to still enjoy my Malaysian cooking. Just as important, she told me how to satisfy my craving for desserts while on the straight and narrow. Within a month, my blood sugar went down considerably so much so that my GP said I had shown discipline and medication wasn't necessary. I think the motivation for the disciple was 1 word...Ella!
